I really enjoyed the magnificent location, the classic double room and fabulous staff.

Boutique hotel, top-notch service, exceptionally nice location. I got free upgrade and greatly enjoyed it. The staff did all they can for a very delightful stay. Staff were delightful, setting is in 20 minutes' walk to the heart of the city. Plus, I was not too far away from tuscany. A gourmet restaurant was an advantage. The pool was good and the garden — lovely. As I remember free Wi-Fi was available in the rooms.

Hotel was fairly clean and in an ideal location, staff were absolutely fantastic. Quiet and fairly quiet room with huge bathroom. We loved the nice pool. Plus, it was good to have free Wi-Fi. 20 min walk to the heart of Florence. A gourmet restaurant was good.
